These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luxe Studio app, website pages, account features, subscription features, downloadable assets, templates, filters, effects, support flows, and related services (collectively, "Luxe Studio" or the "Service"). The Service is provided by Luxe Studio Apps LLC ("Luxe Studio", "Luxe", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Luxe Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Luxe Studio.

App Store Terms
Luxe Studio is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app are also subject to Apple Media Services terms, App Store rules, and any applicable Apple license terms. If Apple terms require a different rule for App Store distribution, the Apple-required rule applies for that issue.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Luxe Studio. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the App Store license terms as third-party beneficiaries where Apple terms require that treatment.
Using Luxe Studio
Luxe Studio is a local-first creative app. You can edit media in Luxe Studio without creating an account. Core editing features do not require Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for using Luxe Studio lawfully and for making sure you have any rights or permissions needed for media, names, handles, profile information, fonts, music, artwork, or other materials you use with the app.
App License
Subject to these Terms and Apple App Store rules, Luxe grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Luxe Studio on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, or as otherwise permitted by Apple terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Luxe Studio, except to the extent applicable law allows those activities despite this restriction.
Accounts
No account is required for core editing. Some optional features may use an account, such as account-linked preferences, subscription support, notification preferences, or profile settings.
If you choose to sign in, Luxe Studio uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure and for activity connected to your Luxe account.
You may sign out in the app. You may delete your Luxe account from the Account page in the app. Account deletion removes account data, linked social profiles, notification preferences, device records, and active sessions according to our deletion process, while preserving limited records needed for subscription, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, legal, or opt-out purposes.
Deleting your Luxe account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, use the subscription button at the bottom of the Account page or Apple's subscription management tools to manage or cancel it. Projects stored locally on your device remain on that device unless you delete them or uninstall the app.
User Media And Support Submissions
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, Live Photos, projects, captions, text layers, and other media you use with Luxe Studio.
Luxe Studio lets you edit media locally on your device. Luxe Studio does not provide a public posting, hosting, social network, or media-sharing service, and these Terms do not grant Luxe a promotional, redistribution, or sublicensing license over your media.
If you voluntarily send us files, screenshots, exports, logs, messages, or other materials for support, troubleshooting, legal requests, or feedback, you grant Luxe a limited permission to use those materials only as reasonably needed to review, respond to, troubleshoot, secure, improve, or document the request.
You are responsible for keeping backups of your projects and exports. Luxe is not responsible for media or project loss caused by device loss, app deletion, storage cleanup, operating system behavior, or your own deletion actions.
Subscriptions And Paid Features
Luxe Studio may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, promotional offers, or offer codes. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Apple charges your Apple ID, manages billing, and handles payment details.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew through Apple unless canceled according to Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel through the subscription button at the bottom of the Account page or through Apple's subscription management tools. Deleting the Luxe app or deleting your Luxe account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Refund requests, billing disputes, renewal timing, cancellation effective dates, free trials, introductory offers, offer-code redemption, family sharing availability, and subscription management are handled under Apple's rules and App Store systems. Luxe may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases Apple processes.
Luxe may rely on Apple subscription status, entitlement records, purchase metadata, restore results, offer identifiers, storefront information, and redemption signals to unlock, restore, support, and protect paid features. If Apple reports that a subscription expired, was canceled, refunded, revoked, or is otherwise inactive, Luxe may limit or remove access to paid features.
We may change paid features, prices, offers, or subscription plans as permitted by Apple and applicable law. Changes to active subscriptions will be handled through Apple where Apple rules require notice, consent, or other subscription controls.
Optional Social And Profile Features
If you choose to add a public social handle, profile URL, display name, avatar, or similar profile information, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that information. Luxe may use public social handle or profile information to retrieve public profile details, such as an avatar or display name, for optional account features.
Luxe may remove, disable, or refuse profile information that violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates security or abuse risk, or conflicts with platform rules.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Luxe Studio for unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, harmful, deceptive, or security-invasive activity.
- Use Luxe Studio to violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Attempt to bypass subscription, entitlement, paywall, rate limit, authentication, security, or anti-abuse controls.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, attack, scrape, or reverse engineer Luxe online services, except where law expressly allows.
- Use automated systems to abuse account, backend, support, offer, notification, subscription, or profile features.
- Misrepresent your identity, social profile rights, subscription status, or entitlement status.
- Use Luxe Studio in a way that could damage Luxe, other users, Apple, service providers, or third-party platforms.
Luxe Intellectual Property
Luxe Studio, including the app, code, designs, templates, filters, effects, presets, layouts, shaders, assets, marks, logos, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by Luxe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the license expressly granted in these Terms, Luxe and its licensors reserve all rights in Luxe Studio. You may not use Luxe names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.
Third-party assets, fonts, effects, software, media, or services available through or used with Luxe Studio may be subject to separate license terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms where they apply.
Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about Luxe Studio, you allow Luxe to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. This feedback permission does not apply to your private media except as described in the support-submission section above.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information. By using Luxe Studio, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Luxe Studio may interact with Apple services, social platforms, email providers, push notification systems, hosting providers, diagnostic providers, analytics providers, and other service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Luxe is not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms, or content.
Changes To Luxe Studio
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Luxe Studio, including features, downloadable assets, templates, filters, effects, account features, notification features, and paid feature availability. We will do this in a manner consistent with applicable law and App Store requirements.
Termination
You may stop using Luxe Studio at any time. You may sign out or delete your Luxe account in the app.
Luxe may suspend or terminate access to online, account, subscription-support, profile, notification, or backend features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, infringed rights, misused subscriptions or offers, or if we must do so for legal, platform, or operational reasons.
Termination of online or account features does not necessarily remove the app from your device or delete local projects. Local app use remains subject to these Terms, Apple App Store distribution rules, subscription status, device storage, and operating system behavior.
Disclaimers
Luxe Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Luxe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Luxe does not guarantee that creative outputs will meet your expectations, be suitable for a particular use, be accepted by a platform, or avoid loss caused by device, storage, operating system, permission, or user action.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luxe and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost media, lost projects, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the extent permitted by law, Luxe's total liability for claims relating to Luxe Studio or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Luxe through the App Store for Luxe Studio in the 12 months before the claim or 100 USD.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxe and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of Luxe Studio, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement or alleged infringement of another person's rights, or materials you provide to Luxe.

If you believe content or materials associated with Luxe Studio infringe your copyright, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the request. We may ask for additional information needed to process a copyright notice.
Governing Law And Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Subject to any consumer protection rights that apply to you, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Luxe Studio, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms do not include an arbitration agreement or class-action waiver unless a later version approved by counsel expressly adds one.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as Luxe Studio, App Store requirements, legal requirements, or our practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in a manner appropriate to the change, such as in the app, on the website, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Luxe Studio after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
